A giant stride and surrounded by bubbles
Staring into the abyss yet at peace
Eyes locked on buddy, descending
Attentive to urgencies yet relaxed and calm
Harmonic balance of Timing, Control and Relaxation
Endless deep blue interspersed with flashes of silver
Out of the depth’s images re-focussed, clearing
Seemingly randomized yet intent movements surround
A small burst of air slows the descent to a drift
Curious, weary eyes peer from crevices
Eased along by the current, barely a flicker occurs
Landscape wanders by, teasing out cautiousness
and filling the void with life profound once more
Speed now increasing as the flow intensifies
Wondrous sights to ponder become fleeting glances
Past the reef pinnacle we pronounce our presence
Spinning as the flows merge and battle for supremacy
Slowing down now as descent becomes ascent
Slow and deliberate, safety of paramount focus
Piercing the surface once more into reflected glances of sunlight
